Famous footballers support Wear Your Shirt

I spent a bit of time on Twitter (@wearyourshirt23) last night trying to rouse the troops. It was good to chat to people and hear the support we have for the 23rd.

I thought I’d try and contact some of the well known football celebrities that are on Twitter as well. As we know Robbie Savage (@robbiesavage8) has endorsed us in our press release, so who else would we get to support us.

Well, I’m delighted to say that Edgar Davids offered his support as did Steve Froggatt.

Edgar Davids said: “so I need to wear my shirt on the 23th ?”

Steve Froggat said: “what would you like me to do? Would love to help if possible”

Thanks guys. We even got a retweet from Chesney Hawkes!
