Siemens supports Wear Your Shirt day

The team at the Lincoln division of Siemens put on a great show of support for Wear Your Shirt Day this morning. A generous number of the 1200 strong workforce swapping either their suits or overalls for their favourite football shirt.

The grassy banks of the factory were awash with different coloured shirts all jockeying for front row position for the photo call with the media. There was the obligatory England strip worn by a few along with a couple Brazilian tops (maybe there was a bit of wishful thinking for the weather!!) However the clear winner for the bunch at Siemens was Lincoln City F.C. Strips old and new showed just how much support the local team have.

As an incentive to the local business that raised the most on the day the signed shirt by Lincoln City F.C was modeled by an initially reluctant Rosie from Lava PR although the sunshine and banter during the photo call soon had her smiling again.
